2. SHIPPING POLICY

Order Preparation and Shipping

All orders are prepared and shipped from our shop located in Pézenas (France).

Processing time: Orders are generally processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 business day . However, we guarantee a maximum shipping time of 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to locate your package.

Delivery Methods and Times

The delivery times indicated below are average indicative times provided by the carriers, once the package has been taken into their care:

Home delivery (via Colissimo): 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery to a collection point (via Mondial Relay): 3 to 5 working days.

Home & Liège cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable solely to the carrier.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.

Important note regarding our pricing policy: Home & Liège is primarily a physical store. We have chosen to apply the same prices on our website as in our physical store. In order to guarantee this fair and competitive pricing policy, we cannot offer free shipping, which remains the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery problems

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse it or make clear and precise reservations on the carrier's delivery slip. Please report any problems (damaged package, not received, etc.) as soon as possible to contacthomeliege@gmail.com .
